About Kerrie Brown

After a glittering career as a Set Decorator on acclaimed international feature films, Academy Award® nominee Kerrie Brown opened her own Design Studio in Sydney in 2012, producing a wide range of highly original and sophisticated designs for interior applications.
Kerrie Brown’s style is quite theatrical, “I mix photographic imagery, overlaid with text, drawings, paint pigment, and paper, forming dynamic digital collages that merge artistic styles, time periods and cultural symbols.”
Inspiration is drawn from architecture, art, fashion, all forms of design including graphic design. Aesthetic cues are drawn from Kerrie’s life experiences. From Miami in Florida, USA, the explosive mix of colour and patterns in Asia and darker more brooding atmosphere of European art.
Our Collaborations. Past, Present and Beyond!

A NOTE ON SUSTAINABILITY
Leading from the top, Kerrie is a passionate environmentalist and continually works to create a sustainable business.
Our goal is to create a proactive approach to sourcing and providing sustainable textiles.
We produce products by demand - which allows us to minimise waste. We don’t have warehouses of excess stock or waste going to landfill.
Australian Owned
Our business is 100% Australian owned, and we proudly work with like-minded small and family-owned businesses and suppliers to promote responsible environmental practices.
Eco-Friendly Printing Practices
We use water-soluble inks for textiles, ensuring that no polluting chemicals are used in our printing process. We are committed to avoiding harsh chemicals at every stage of production to protect the environment.
For wallcoverings, our instantly cured inks are ready to finish and display, minimizing environmental impact.
Fabrics
Advancements in fabric recycling techniques are continually progressing. We offer a range of natural fabrics and polyester, and we are committed to expanding our efforts to minimize the environmental impact of textiles. We work with Australian recycling businesses to ensure that fabric off-cuts are responsibly recycled.
Environmentally Conscious Wallpaper
Our wallpapers are printed on a variety of base papers. Using paper-based wallpapers encourages recycling wherever possible. Additionally, our vinyl wallcoverings are ‘Low-VOC,’ meaning they contain significantly fewer volatile organic compounds, making them safer for both humans and the environment
