Terms and Conditions

All products & services displayed on this website, online and in store are sold subject to Kerrie Brown P/L Terms and Conditions set out below.

All intellectual property rights including graphics, layout and design of this website including all products together with all logos and trade names depicted on this website belong to Kerrie Brown P/L.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and details of all our products that appear on the website. However, due to variations in monitor display, and the hand made nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour and details will be accurate.  We recommend customers order samples before purchasing goods. Images online are as accurate as possible to match the product but can differ to those shown. 

Every effort is made to ensure that the Products we supply correspond as closely as possible to what is displayed online, but there may be variations as all goods are hand made. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations, which all add to the unique features of our Products including but not limited to the following: 
• On fabric the shade may vary slightly from one printing batch to another. 
• There is a 3% allowance on fabric alignment. 
• All measurements are approximate. Please allow +/- 2 cm variance on sizes stated. 

Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it. All orders are subject to availability and artist discretion. You are responsible for checking and confirming that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements and specifications including measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery.

Ordering

Once you have purchased your order online using PAYPAL, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.You may also make an order over the phone or via email if preferred. Payment may also be made by direct deposit. Goods paid for by direct deposit will be ordered once we have confirmation that the payment has gone through.

Samples

We recommend you order a sample. Samples can be ordered for AUD$10 each plus shipping. See above information regarding terms and conditions regarding colour.

Delivery

If a product is out of stock the goods will be on order and the delivery time for each product is stated in the product category on the website and on your personal quote. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order once it has been sent.

Deliveries within Australia and internationally are sent via DHL, all DHL orders include shipping insurance. If you choose not to pay for insurance we are not responsible for the goods once they leave our studio. Within Australia samples are sent via Express Post. Shipping is the responsibility of the client and not Kerrie Brown.

Our regular courier partners are operating, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic there may be delays. You will be sent tracking details for your order to review any amended timing expectation.

Delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to your order total before check out. The delivery charge will be shown as a separate item in your shopping cart.

If you have any special delivery instructions please specify during the checkout process. If, for some reason, there is a delay with delivery of your order we will let you know within 2 working days, and communicate an updated time frame. 

Please do not take receipt of your order if it has been damaged during transport, do not sign for your order.

If for any reason your shipment is received with damage, please take photographs and send them to sales@kerriebrown.com for immediate review. We will ask for the package to be returned for inspection. 


Risk of Loss

Kerrie Brown P/L cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. All items purchased from Kerrie Brown P/L are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All items can be insured at an additional cost: please specify when ordering.

Cancellation Policy

You are unable to cancel your order once we have accepted your order and your payment has been received. The goods are ordered and shipped specifically to your order.

International Orders

Please note that International orders may be refused at Kerrie Brown's P/L discretion. To enquire about international orders, please email sales@kerriebrown.com 

Pricing & tax

We only trade in Australian Dollars. All prices on our website are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
 For international payments, please pay bank fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully as there is no refund or exchange without prior arrangement, once the order has been processed unless, for some reason the product is faulty.
 We do not consider colour variations in print runs a fault and recommend a sample is purchased. For a refund review on faulty goods you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. 
In this instance the shipping charges will be waived. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please do not take receipt of your order if it has been damaged during transport, do not sign for your order. Please send it back with the courier.

Mailing List

Kerrie Brown P/L will add any email & postal address provided to us when you make an enquiry to send email newsletters or postal advertising from Kerrie Brown P/L only. If at anytime you decide you no longer wish to receive our Newsletter or updates please contact us by email or telephone so we can remove your details immediately. You can also unsubscribe directly from our database by clicking on unsubscribe me link. We will not sell your details or knowingly pass them onto another third party for the purpose of marketing.

Amendments to terms and conditions 

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions each time you use the website.
